Happy New Year!

I have to laugh because here we go again, lol.

Not only have I completely fallen off the bandwagon, but I’ve also rolled into the mud and gotten myself stuck in the muck.

You guys can’t see it but I’m shaking my head at myself.

Oh, well. That’s the beauty of having a personal blog, I guess I can let things slide. Unfortunately, though, on the professional side, things don’t look good when you have months of blanks in your posting schedule.

Since this is still within the first month—at the time of the writing, it’s still January 31—so I can still claim this as the first post for the year.

I don’t have resolutions but I do have goals for the year. One of them is to take responsibility for the running of this blog and my other blogs. The other is to write more. I have just gotten a shot of motivation and wanted to develop my writing skills. I also want to finally tackle the Japanese language and take that test in July. I hope to pass the JLPT level 1 test so that I can have that piece of paper to show that I’m capable of speaking the language. I’m hoping this will open up more opportunities for me.

Besides that, I also want to get in better shape. That’s the good thing that I can always be proud of: I’ve been consistent with running, but I know I can do better. And I hope to use my time wisely to achieve that goal.

I’ve also saved up enough to buy one more property in cash, I think. I hope by the end of the year, I will have one more source of income to be able to write about in detail in a post.

Other than that, I also want to travel some more.

That’s probably it for now.
